Repairs to damaged laneways in tenanted areas whilst community was moved in and living in the estate. Without disruption to the community Winslow devised dates for repairs and a creative solution of elevated road plates to ensure community was able to drive through the estate as per normal whilst works were undertaken. Elevating the road plates as a bridge meant Winslow could proceed with works safely, maintaining and hitting critically outlined dates to the community whilst providing safe and unimpeded access.
Emergency Access Gate – Gate was clashing with retaining wall and required additional strengthening for wind rating. Winslow created a crafty tiered retaining wall for a sliding gate return and offsetting the gate so that it could run on a steep grade. Additionally, Winslow created an engineered structural for the retaining wall and fence collaboration and a fancy twin way locking mortice device.
